Annual ATV/UTV and Golf Cart Registrations Due: January 1st

Any person operating an ATV/UTV or Golf Cart on the streets and highways of the Village, must register with the Village Clerk-Treasurer. Below are the following requirements that must be met prior to authorization to operate your ATV/UTV or Golf Cart with in the Village corporate limits.

- Contact the Maintenance Supervisor at (402-604-5182) to schedule inspection of the following:
- Vehicle is equipped with operating headlights, taillights, brake lights, an OEM muffler and a federally approved bicycle safety flag, which extends not less than five feet aboveground, attached to the rear of such vehicle. The bicycle safety flag shall be triangular in shape with an area of not less than 30 square inches and shall be clay glow in color.
- Proof of liability insurance coverage for the ATV or UTV while operating such vehicle on a street or highway
- Written documentation from the Maintenance Supervisor indicating that the ATV/UTV or Golf Cart has been inspected and complies. This form must be taken to the Clerk-Treasurer office to receive your registration sticker
- Upon compliance with the registration requirements, the Village Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a sticker for the ATV/UTV or registered. The registration sticker will entitle the ATV/UTV or Golf Cart to be operated on the streets and highways of the village from January 1 to December 31st . The annual fee will not be pro-rated.
