Water Utility Bill Due Dates

The Village will read water meters between the 24th & 25th of each month. Water bills are due on the 10th day of the following month. If payment is not received by the 20th of the month, a $15.00 late penalty will be assessed to your account. Disconnect Notices will be mailed on the 30th of each month for any unpaid balance forward amounts. These amounts are located at the top of your bill and will be calculated in the "total charges" owed on your bill.
If you do not receive your water bill before the 10th of the month, please contact the Clerks Office at 402-886-2926, Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and we can assist you over the phone.
Please note, the Village Maintenance employees are not permitted to accept payments. All payment arrangements must be made with the Clerks Office. Thank you!
